(a) A director must reside in and own taxable property in the authority.(b) A person may not serve as a director if the person is:(1) a member of a governing body of a municipality; or(2) an employee of a municipality. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
