(a) The authority may exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire land and easements to carry out any power conferred by this chapter.(b) The authority must exercise the power of eminent domain in the manner provided by Chapter 21, Property Code.(c) The board shall determine the amount of and character of interest in land and easements to be acquired.
