Proceeds from the sale of bonds or notes issued by the authority shall be:(1) deposited in a depository bank; and(2) paid out under the terms to which the authority and the purchasers agree. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.06, eff. April 1, 2007.
