Not later than the 30th day after the date of a division under this subchapter, the district shall provide written notice of the plan for division to:(1) the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality;(2) the attorney general;(3) the commissioners court of each county in which a new district is located; and(4) any municipality having extraterritorial jurisdiction over territory in each new district.
