In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'City' means the City of Rosenberg, Texas.(3) 'County' means Fort Bend County.(4) 'Director' means a member of the board.(5) 'District' means the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 167.
