In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'City' means the City of Sugar Land, Texas.(2-a) 'County' means Fort Bend County, Texas.(3) 'Director' means a member of the board.(4) 'District' means the Imperial Redevelopment District.
