§ 8282.203

(a) The board shall appoint a person as tax collector for the district and may appoint deputies considered necessary.(b) Each person appointed under this section shall qualify by executing a bond in the amount of $10,000 payable to the district, approved by the board, and conditioned on the faithful performance of the person's duties.(c) The board shall set the compensation for the tax collector and any deputy tax collector.
