In addition to copies of the annual audit of the authority that are filed as required by Section 49.194, Water Code, a copy shall be filed with the depository of the authority and the office of the auditor. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
