§ 8508.0057

(a) The governor shall designate a director as the presiding officer of the board to serve in that capacity at the pleasure of the governor.(b) The board shall elect one or more vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and other officers as the directors consider necessary.(c) The presiding officer and each vice president must be a director, but other officers are not required to be directors.(d) The offices of the secretary and treasurer may be combined, and the offices of assistant secretary and assistant treasurer may be combined.
