(a) The authority may adopt and enforce rules reasonably required to carry out this chapter.(b) The board shall adopt rules necessary for the conduct of the authority's business.(c) In adopting rules, the board shall comply, as appropriate, with the requirements of Chapters 2001 and 2002, Government Code.(d) The board shall print its rules and provide copies to any person on written request.
