(a) The authority shall keep complete and accurate accounts of its business transactions in accordance with generally accepted methods of accounting.(b) The authority shall keep its accounts, contracts, documents, minutes, and other records at its principal office.(c) Except as otherwise required by law, the authority may not disclose any records that it has relating to trade secrets or the economics of operation of any business or industry.(d) Except as provided by Subsection (c), the authority shall permit reasonable public inspection of its records during regular business hours under rules adopted by the board.
