(a) The authority may:(1) borrow money or accept a grant or donation for its corporate purposes from any person, including a private source, the United States, this state, or a local government; and(2) enter into an agreement in connection with a loan, grant, or donation accepted under Subdivision (1).(b) The source of money accepted by the authority is public information.
