In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'Commission' means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.(3) 'Director' means a board member.(4) 'District' means the Palo Duro Water District.(5) 'Member entity' means a county or municipality that is a member of the district.
