(a) The governor shall designate a director as the board president to serve as the authority's chief executive officer at the pleasure of the governor.(b) The board shall elect one director as vice president, one director as secretary, and one director as treasurer.(c) The vice president shall act as president if the president is absent or disabled.(d) The secretary shall act as board secretary. The board shall select a secretary pro tem if the secretary is absent or unable to act.(e) The authority may appoint officers, prescribe their duties, and set their compensation.
