(a) The authority shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the authority.(b) The authority shall maintain:(1) information about the subject matter of the complaint;(2) information about the parties to the complaint;(3) a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and(4) the disposition of the complaint.(c) Periodically, the authority shall notify the parties to the complaint of the complaint's status until final disposition.(d) The authority shall make information available describing its procedures for complaint investigation and resolution.
