(a) A director is entitled to receive an allowance in an amount not to exceed that provided under Section 49.060, Water Code.(b) A director is not entitled to receive a per diem allowance for more than 50 days in a calendar year.(c) In all areas of conflict with this section, Section 49.060, Water Code, takes precedence.
