(a) The governor shall designate a director as board president to serve in that capacity at the governor's pleasure.(b) The board shall elect one or more vice presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and any other officers as the directors may determine in the bylaws or otherwise.(c) Each vice president, the secretary, and the treasurer must be a director, but other officers are not required to be directors.(d) The offices of secretary and treasurer may be combined, and the offices of assistant secretary and assistant treasurer may be combined.
