(a) In addition to including the information required by Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, the audit report prepared under that subchapter must state:(1) the amount of money received by the authority under this chapter during the preceding fiscal year; and(2) how, to whom, and for what purpose the money was spent.(b) A copy of the audit report prepared under Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, shall be filed:(1) as required by Section 49.194, Water Code;(2) with the governor;(3) with the lieutenant governor;(4) with the speaker of the house of representatives; and(5) with the comptroller.
