(a) The board shall hold regular meetings once each month at a time set by the board. The board may hold special meetings at the call of the chair or on the written request of at least three directors.(b) A meeting of a committee of the board at which less than a quorum is present is not subject to Chapter 551, Government Code.(c) The board shall give notice of meetings of the board as provided by Chapter 551, Government Code. Failure to provide notice of a regular meeting or an insubstantial defect in notice of any meeting does not affect the validity of any action taken at the meeting.
