(a) To perform technical and other investigations needed to implement this chapter, the board and its agents and employees are entitled to access to all property in the district.(b) Before entering property for the purposes of this section, the person seeking access shall:(1) give notice to the owner of the property as provided by district rules; and(2) present proper credentials.(c) The board and its agents and employees who enter private property shall observe the establishment's rules concerning safety, internal security, and fire protection.
