(a) On receiving an application for a permit, the board shall issue notice and set a time for a hearing on the application.(b) The board must give written notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing to the applicant by regular mail or by certified mail, return receipt requested.(c) The board may consider as many applications for permits as necessary at a hearing.
