(a) A permit issued under this chapter may be for a term not to exceed five years as set by the board.(b) A permit does not become a vested right of the permit holder. The board may revoke or suspend a permit or amend its terms after notice and hearing when reasonably necessary to accomplish the purpose of this chapter. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff.
