Territory may be added to the district under Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code. The board shall determine to which precinct the annexed land is added for the purpose of electing directors. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.11, eff. April 1, 2009.
