(a) The authority is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the authority in enforcing its rules.(b) The authority is entitled to collection expenses and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the authority in collecting any delinquent fees, user fees, rates, and charges and any related penalties and interest.
