(a) The board may meet as many times each year as the board considers appropriate.(b) Directors are public officials and are entitled to governmental immunity for their actions in their capacity as directors and officers of the authority.(c) Directors may receive fees of office and reimbursement of expenses as provided by Section 49.060, Water Code.
