The district may:(1) coordinate activities with the Central Carrizo-Wilcox Coordinating Council and appoint a nonvoting representative to the Central Carrizo-Wilcox Coordinating Council; and(2) coordinate activities with the Harris-Galveston Subsidence District or other groundwater conservation districts to manage portions of the Gulf Coast Aquifer.
