§ 8834.058

(a) A director is entitled to receive fees of office of not more than $150 a day for each day the director is engaged in the exercise of the director's duties. The fees of office may not exceed $9,000 a year.(b) A director is entitled to receive reimbursement for actual expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred in the exercise of the director's duties under this chapter.(c) To receive fees of office and reimbursement for expenses, a director must file with the district a verified statement that:(1) shows the number of days spent in the service of the district; and(2) provides a general description of the duties performed for each day of service.
