If a vacancy occurs on the board, the person or persons designated by Section 8834.051 to appoint a director for the position that is vacated shall appoint a director to serve the unexpired term. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.05, eff. April 1, 2011.
