(a) The board shall hold a hearing to consider a plan formulated under Section 8834.101.(b) After the hearing, the board shall:(1) make any changes it considers necessary according to evidence and material presented at the hearing; and(2) adopt the plan.(c) The board may amend or repeal a plan adopted under this section and may adopt a new plan as provided by this section for the adoption of the original plan.(d) An adopted plan remains in effect until a new plan is adopted.
