(a) The board shall hold a hearing on each permit application.(b) Not later than the 10th day before the date set for the hearing, the board shall notify the applicant by regular mail or by certified mail, return receipt requested, of the date, time, and location of the hearing.(c) The board may consider at a hearing as many permit applications as the board considers necessary.
