In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the district's board of directors.(2) 'Director' means a board member.(3) 'District' means the Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District.(4) 'Well' means an excavation drilled or dug into the ground that may intercept or penetrate a water-bearing stratum or formation.
