The district may impose a tax to pay any part of bonds or notes issued by the district at a rate not to exceed 20 cents on each $100 of assessed valuation. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.05, eff. April 1, 2015.
