To be eligible to serve as director, a person must be:(1) at least 21 years of age; and(2) a registered voter in the county from which the person is appointed. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.05, eff. April 1, 2015.
