(a) To be a candidate for or to serve as director at large, a person must reside in and be a registered voter in the district.(b) To be a candidate for or to serve as director from an incorporated area of a county commissioners precinct, a person must reside in an incorporated area of and be a registered voter of that precinct.(c) To be a candidate for or to serve as director from an unincorporated area of a county commissioners precinct, a person must reside in an unincorporated area of and be a registered voter of that precinct.
