§ 8878.052

To be eligible to serve as a director of the authority or to be listed as provided by Section 8878.056 on a ballot as a candidate for director of the authority representing a director precinct, an individual must:(1) be at least 18 years of age;(2) be a resident of the authority; and(3) have served as a director of one or more districts or as a member of the governing body of a municipality within the authority for a total of at least four years.
