(a) Territory may be added to the district as provided by:(1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code; or(2) Subchapter O, Chapter 51, Water Code.(b) If the district annexes territory, the board shall determine the precincts to which annexed territory is added for the purpose of electing directors.
