A director of the authority or any subordinate district must be a landowner within the authority and reside in Cooke, Denton, Montague, or Wise County. A director who fails to meet the requirements of this section shall vacate the director's office. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.08, eff. April 1, 2007.
