In this chapter:(1) 'Authority' means the Alice Water Authority.(2) 'Board' means the board of directors of the authority.(3) 'City' means the City of Alice.(4) 'Corpus Christi' means the City of Corpus Christi.(5) 'Director' means a member of the board.(6) 'Nueces district' means the Lower Nueces Water Supply District.
