§ 9015.252

(a) The authority by rule may prescribe reasonable penalties for the violation of an authority rule.(b) A penalty may consist of:(1) a fine not to exceed $200;(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 30 days; or(3) both the fine and confinement.(c) A penalty adopted under this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by Texas law.
