In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the district.(2) 'Bond' has the meaning assigned to the term 'public security' by Section 1202.001, Government Code.(3) 'Director' means a person appointed to the board.(4) 'District' means the Riverbend Water Resources District.(5) 'Member' means a municipality, county, other political subdivision, or water supply corporation that is a member of the district as provided by Section 9601.005.(6) 'Temporary administrator' means a person appointed under Subchapter B-1.
