(a) The board president shall preside at board meetings and perform other duties prescribed by the board.(b) The board secretary is the official custodian of the minutes, books, records, and seal of the board and shall perform other duties and functions prescribed by the board. An assistant board secretary may perform any duty or function of the board secretary.(c) The board treasurer shall perform duties and functions prescribed by the board.
