In this chapter:(1) 'Authority' means the South Texas Water Authority.(2) 'Board' means the board of directors of the authority.(3) 'Cities' means the cities of Agua Dulce, Bishop, Driscoll, and Kingsville.(4) 'Director' means a member of the board.
