§ 11006.102

(a) To be eligible to be appointed or to serve as a director, a person:(1) must be a resident, qualified voter of:(A) the authority; and(B) the county from which the person is appointed; and(2) may not:(A) hold another public office; or(B) be an officer or employee of the authority.(b) Of the directors appointed by the Commissioners Court of Nueces County:(1) one must be a resident of the municipality of Agua Dulce;(2) one must be a resident of the municipality of Bishop;(3) one must be a resident of the municipality of Driscoll; and(4) one must be appointed at large and may be a resident of any of those municipalities.(c) A director is eligible for reappointment.
