§ 11006.107

(a) The board shall elect a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer at the first meeting of the board in April of each year or at any time necessary to fill a vacancy.(b) The board shall elect the president and vice president from among the directors.(c) The president serves for a one-year term.(d) The offices of secretary and treasurer:(1) may be held by one person; and(2) are not required to be held by a director.(e) The board may appoint as assistant board secretary one or more persons who are not directors.
