(a) The board shall elect a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.(b) The board shall elect the president and vice president from among the directors.(c) The president serves for a one-year term.(d) The offices of secretary and treasurer:(1) may be held by one person; and(2) are not required to be held by a director.(e) The board may appoint one or more assistant officers who are not required to be directors.
