(a) The board president shall preside at board meetings and perform other duties prescribed by the board.(b) The board vice president shall perform the duties of the president when the president is not present or is otherwise incapacitated.(c) The board secretary is the official custodian of the minutes, books, records, and seal of the board and shall perform other duties and functions prescribed by the board.(d) The board treasurer shall perform duties and functions prescribed by the board.(e) An assistant officer shall perform duties and functions prescribed by the board.
