An individual may not be employed by an appraisal district if the individual:(1) is an officer of a taxing unit that participates in the appraisal district;(2) is an employee of a taxing unit that participates in the appraisal district; or(3) has served as a member of the appraisal review board for the appraisal district at any time during the preceding two years.
