(a) An appraisal review board by rule shall provide for hearings on protests on a Saturday or after 5 p.m. on a weekday.(b) The board may not schedule:(1) the first hearing on a protest held on a weekday evening to begin after 7 p.m.; or(2) a hearing on a protest on a Sunday.
