The assignee of a tax claim or judgment under this subchapter may record the assignment in the state tax lien record book in the office of the county clerk. A recorded assignment shall be indexed to show the names of the assignor and assignee and the date of the assignment. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1511, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
