§ 151.306

If an interest in tangible personal property is sold, under the terms of a good faith, bona fide contractual relationship, to another person who either before or after the sale owned or owns a joint or undivided interest in the property with the seller, and if the taxes imposed by this chapter have previously been paid on the tangible personal property, the tangible personal property is exempted from the taxes imposed by this chapter. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1560, ch. 389, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
